The campaign began on Monday 29th March as announced by the new Covid-19 management framework. But people don’t go to the hospital centers .On Monday in Ngazidja, the number of did not reach 50 people. The low population mobilization could be explained, in large part, by low awareness. The vaccination campaign must start on 5th April, and public awareness is still not there.
Despite the doctors’ recommendations and the bad memories left by the first and second wave, people don’t seem to care about it . Citizens seem to be disinterested probably because of the decline in the number of cases and deaths in the country.
Nevertheless , the government is calling all Comorians to go ang get vaccined in order to protect them selves and those around them.
