To improve the quality of the country’s education, the Ministry of National Education officially launched on 24th November a project called ‘Bundo la Malezi’ , a project of performance and governance of education. This project is funded by the French Agency for Development, is to enhance thirty-three schools in the country on their teaching capacities and skills over four years.
The project will aim to strengthen the education system in the three islands precisely in primary schools, colleges and high schools, including Said Mohamed Cheick lycee de Moroni in Ngazidja , Mutsamudu and Domoni High Schools in Anjouan and Fomboni High School in Mohéli.
Furthermore , The project aims to strengthen the quality of education in 33 Comorian schools.
« Let these schools be able to set goals for Comorian students and be able to deploy the means to achieve these goals, » said Jean Benois Michel, director of the French Agency for Development (FAD).
The Secretary General of the Ministry of National Education, Daroussi Issouf Bacar, called on all actors in the education system to carry out the project. « The success of this project will also strengthen the national education system in our country . And this is part of the program put in place by the president of comoros , he concludes. The results of this project are expected after 4 years.
